Government Polytechnic Kanker was established in the year 2010, with prime objectives to meet growing need of skilled technicians to diploma level felt by state government to state with courses of three branches Civil, Mechanical & Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

Today the institute is illuminating the society in the field of engineering by providing dedicated and sincere diploma holders in the three disciplines i.e. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication.
